Doctour Company

Doctour Company is one of the first medical tourism startups in Iran, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to customers seeking medical treatments.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the project, I played a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence and user experience. In September 2022, I started my work by designing the initial user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) schema for the company's website. The goal was To Create a Unique and Attractive Design that would captivate visitors and effectively convey the company's services.

Additionally, as a Front-End Tech Lead, I took charge of developing the prototype version of the website and implementing Modern Web Technologies to ensure a seamless user experience. It was essential to create an intuitive interface that would facilitate easy navigation and provide relevant information to potential customers.

Recognizing the need for a collaborative effort, I assembled a team consisting of front-end and back-end developers. As the project's CTO, I provided guidance and supervision, ensuring adherence to coding standards and discussing optimal solutions for different aspects of the website. Also, I continued to oversee the project, coordinating efforts between the graphic design team, Content Management, SEO specialists, frontend developers, and backend developers.

Building upon the success of the initial version, the company requested the development of a second version that incorporated additional features to enhance the customer experience.

the collaborative nature of the project allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle and the importance of effective communication and teamwork. Through this experience, I honed my leadership skills and solidified my expertise in project management.
